Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date (Net 10).
  • A 10% late fee applies to payments made after 10 days.
  • A 15% late fee applies to payments made after 15 days.
  • Invoices over 30 days past due will be sent to collections, with additional fees between 25%–35% added to the balance.
  • All estimates and invoices are confidential and intended solely for the client. 

Limited Warranty & Service Coverage

All warranties require notification by email or letter within the stated warranty period. Labor is not included unless specified. 

Retaining Walls, Pavers, and Concrete Surfaces

  • 1-year warranty on materials for manufacturer defects (100% of wholesale price).
  • Labor not included for replacement unless caused by faulty installation.
  • Discounted labor for repairs due to settling, under-washing, or overloading. 

Custom Woodwork

  • 1-year workmanship warranty.
  • Excludes natural warping or color changes. 

Drainage Work

  • 1-year workmanship/materials warranty.
  • Drainage performance is not guaranteed due to unpredictable soil/water conditions. 

Fire Pits

  • 1-year workmanship warranty.
  • Manufacturer material warranty applies.
  • Excludes damage from misuse, weather, or unauthorized modifications. 

Irrigation Systems

  • 1-year warranty on system components (sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, pipes).
  • Covers defective workmanship only.
  • Excludes vandalism, weather events, lawn growth issues, or non-approved repairs. 

Landscape Lighting

  • 1-year workmanship warranty.
  • Manufacturer warranty on materials.
  • Light bulbs are not covered. 

Trees & Plants

  • 1-year warranty on plant material (one-time replacement only).
  • Labor not included.
  • Warranty valid only if installed with automatic irrigation, fertilization, and pest control systems approved by us.
  • Excludes damage from weather, pests, poor watering, and relocation. 

Water Features

  • 1-year workmanship warranty (if maintained properly).
  • Manufacturer warranty on components.
